it’s a nice hotel, located close to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly, however they gave me a room facing the wall. The room was clean and it has a nice layout. the beds were comfortable and nice pillows. The breakfast was nice. The coffee was good. check out at 12!! the hotel is really close to a public parking garage which is $12 daily. the hotel has valet parking but I think it $39. ( I don’t like when other people drive my car+ I always forget something there and I had to go back and get it) so parking garage is best for me.

We thought the desk staff were absolutely the best. They gave us tons of helpful information about Cleveland, they were friendly, and all of them were just nice to deal with. The rooms were clean, and in good condition when we arrived. The Valet parking for the hotel was an excellent way for us to get the car taken care of during our visit. They were quick and had our car ready on time.

I love the option to check in and out on the app and have the digital key. It makes everything a breeze with no waiting. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The location is perfect! We were within a short walking distance to many restaurants bars, as well as all the stadiums and the casino. We will definitely be staying here again!

The high floors! I loved being on the 14th floor even with the bad view. Also the staff was amazing, we were in Cleveland to take my mom to the Cleveland Clinic and I had our checkout extended an hour for her appointments and her appointments were running late so the clinic staff was able to call this hotel and extend our checkout again so they gave us till 2pm I absolutely love how they worked with us, that made a world of difference to me!

Everything is ok—the hotel is right at the heart of Cleveland and close to the Hall of Fame. Streets are safe to walk at night. The valet parking guy is super busy during check out time but we only have to wait like 10 minutes or so to get our car—and he is so nice and apologetic when having us wait too. The breakfast is good—I have to say most hotel offer kind of the same breakfast but here it’s extra yummy and hot.

The location was great - we were in town for the Rock Hall ceremonies and this hotel was in walking distance of Rocket Mortgage Arena (where the show was held), the Rock Hall itself, and the restaurant we picked for before the ceremonies. The staff was wonderful as well. Always friendly and super helpful both when we arrived and when we checked out.
